Healthcare Providers, Caregivers and Support People
Is coaching appropriate for you if you are a supporting person for someone with a disability or chronic illness?
  • Coaching For "Optimal Living with Physical Disability & Chronic Illness" is also very appropriate for care-givers, health care professionals, supporting family members and friends.
  • The structure of coaching sessions is adapted to assist caregivers in learning how to be helpful and encourage independence, a new view of the world and the optimal growth of the persons you support.
  • Professional Healthcare Providers will learn new coaching techniques & strategies to improve the results of thier clients as well as enhance the overall professional skills of the healthcare provider.
  • Personal caregivers & support people: Family, friends & other personal caregivers may choose to meet individually or in a group format with the coach and the person with a disability or chronic illness. (In fact, the group arrangement often provides a stronger foundation for meaningful & long-lasting change).
