VISION, VALUES, GOALS & CHOICES - WHAT ARE YOURS?

Do you know why you're working so hard now and will it meet the test of how you'll measure your success 10 years from now?
Are you beginning to ask yourself -- What am I doing with my life?
What are the big pieces that
get your time and your best efforts now? Where are you going and will you enjoy getting there? What are your 5 and 10 year priorities?
Essentially, coaching aims to reduce the gap between what's current and what is possible. Only rarely do we think about who we are, what we value and where we are going -- and rarely does life give us a moment to slow down, think about the big picture, design our lives, and be certain our choices actually reflect our deepest values.
How can coaching assist you in making career adjustments or transitions?
If we dont know what we want, someone or something will determine our future for us. Our coaching sessions will begin by crafting a framework for your mission, vision, values, and beliefs through our conversations and the use of self-assessment tools. A vision statement can answer the question, What am I working to become? Beliefs, values and behaviors provide the basis for how you want to work toward accomplishing what you envision for yourself.
We'll listen for the bigger issues & recurring themes and reflect on how your daily behaviors are supporting (or not supporting) the larger picture you have for your life -- professionally & personally.

Whatever your vision is, it can be like a lighthouse showing you the direction you want to go and also the obstacles to be avoided. Your values are your compass -- if your choices are in insync with what you value, you're likely on course. If not, it may be time to revise the plan, the vision or even your values.
"Change is frightening but where there's fear, there's power. If we learn to feel our fear without letting it stop us, fear can become an ally, a sign to tell us that something we have encountered can be transformed. Often our true strength is not in the things that represent what is familiar, comfortable, or positive but in our fear and even our resistance to change." -- By Maureen Murdock (A Heroine's Journey)
